Build from layer 1 (feet) upward. Rows in the layer view run front (top of image) to back; the dashed line is the centre. Scale 2 makes a 64-block statue — 4× the blocks of scale 1, so check the total before you commit.

About the Statue Generator

Load a skin and get a statue you can actually build: every skin pixel becomes a block matched to the closest wool, concrete, terracotta or natural block. Choose the scale (1–4 blocks per pixel), a pose (standing, T-pose, waving, sitting), whether the hat layer counts, and whether to fill the inside. Then step through the layers from the feet up with letter codes, a 3D preview that highlights the current layer, and a full materials list in stacks.

Frequently asked

How many blocks is a statue?

A standard 32-block-tall statue (scale 1) is roughly 1,100–1,600 blocks hollow. Scale 2 is four times that. The counter updates as you change options.

Which layer is layer 1?

The feet. Build upward; each layer view shows the previous layer in grey so you can line blocks up.
